The Police Department is staffed by four, full-time certified officers and one clerk.  The City of Willacoochee has an extremely low crime rate.

The Willacoochee Fire Department is staffed by ten (10) highly qualified and well trained volunteers. Chief Pittman also serves as a volunteer.
